We’ll start with a refreshing Jever Pils, originally from northern Germany, with a dry profile and pronounced bitterness, ideal for awakening the palate right from the start.

We’ll continue with the elegant Köstritzer Schwarzbier, a dark beer from Thuringia, smooth yet deep, with toasty notes that lend balance and complexity.

We’ll take a leap in intensity with the traditional Andechs Doppelbock, robust, malty and full-bodied, a perfect example of Bavarian monastic character.

In the ‘Taste and Learn’ section, we explore a wheat beer from Schneider Weisse, delving into the fruity and spicy nuances and the vibrant personality of this classic style.

To round off the tasting, we’ll raise a glass of Aventinus Eisbock, an authentic ice beer, produced by freezing the wort to concentrate the flavours, alcohol and body, taking the intensity to the extreme in this final experience.
