No, we never work with already opened wines. The wine, once opened, begins to decompose, due to the exposure it suffers to oxygen, leading to its flavor being lost quickly. The wines are not saved or reused. In each tasting, the bottle is opened in front of you to guarantee maximum freshness and quality of the wine.
The tasting is perfectly suitable for vegetarians and people with coeliac disease, as there are no issues in those cases. However, we must point out that it is not suitable for vegans, as some of the wines and beers included in the selection do not meet vegan requirements.
Most of the wines on offer have undergone a clarification process using egg white, and beers are often clarified with isinglass. The tasting includes a selection of appetizers, some of which are suitable for vegetarians. The bread served during the tasting contains gluten, and a few of the appetizers also contain lactose.
If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know in advance so we can take them into account.
The appetizers are intended to accompany the wine or beer during the tasting.
