The most important thing about these tastings is to enjoy the moment while learning how to taste. We teach participants the different stages of a tasting (sight, nose, and palate), always in a fun and relaxed way. The idea is to have a good time, not to feel stressed. Everything is accompanied by some appetizers and a small contest where you can win a prize.

No, we never work with already opened wines. The wine, once opened, begins to decompose, due to the exposure it suffers to oxygen, leading to its flavor being lost quickly. The wines are not saved or reused. In each tasting, the bottle is opened immediately to guarantee maximum freshness and quality of the wine.

Currently, most of the wines on offer are not suitable for vegans, as they have undergone a clarification process using egg white. Similarly, beers are often clarified with isinglass. While some of our pairings are suitable for vegetarians, we regret that we are unable to offer alternatives for those that contain meat or fish. Similarly the bread at the catas contains gluten and a few of the pairings contain lactose. Do not hesitate to contact us for more detailed information about the wines, beer and pairings that will be served at the tasting.

The appetizers (breadsticks, fuet, tomato, a tasting of cheeses and olive oils) are intended to accompany the wine or beer during the tasting.

Our appetizers are:

A selection of cheeses from La Antigua in Fuentesaúco (Zamora), served with grapes and walnuts: Pedro Ximénez cheese, truffle cheese, cheese with paprika flakes, and Tempranillo cheese. Fuet, hummus, roasted peppers, olives, breadsticks, bread, a selection of oils from the Sierra de Cazorla, and to finish, some pastries from Madrigal de las Altas Torres (Ávila).

Of course! Our tastings are designed so that everyone can enjoy them, whether they choose to drink or not. They are a fantastic opportunity to socialize in a warm and welcoming environment, participate in fun competitions with prizes, and expand your knowledge of wines and beers. In addition, for those who don’t drink, we offer a selection of soft drinks.

We understand that everyone has different preferences, but our tasting events are priced as all-inclusive experiences. his allows us to provide the same high-quality offerings and memorable activities for all participants, regardless of how much they choose to eat or drink.

There are tastings are the time! Those for open groups are posted on our website, where you can check the available dates. We also organize tasting experiences for private groups – we advise advance booking for your event to avoid disappointment!
