In this edition of Tasting and Learning, we will explore the diversity of Spanish wine through a carefully selected range: we will start with a spicy vermouth, made with red grapes, then continue with a white cava that breaks all the rules, as it’s a white cava made exclusively from red grapes. We will follow this with an underwater white wine, which has spent time under the water and finish with two contrasting reds: one from the Mediterranean (a techno-red, that will make you dance) and the other from the Ribera del Duero. A journey of flavors and surprises you won’t forget!
But it’s not just about tasting. You will discover a practical and accessible method to learn how to analyze and describe each wine, without needing any previous experience.
We also include thoughtful appetisers that complement our wines.
Our appetizers are:
A selection of cheeses from La Antigua in Fuentesaúco (Zamora), served with grapes and walnuts: Pedro Ximénez cheese, truffle cheese, cheese with paprika flakes, and Tempranillo cheese. Fuet, hummus, roasted peppers, olives, breadsticks, bread, a selection of oils from the Sierra de Cazorla, and to finish, some pastries from Madrigal de las Altas Torres (Ávila).
