Hello everyone!
After quite a while without posting here (I’ve been super busy—but for a good reason!), I can finally tell you that I’m now a professional sommelier. It’s been an intense but beautiful journey… and now that I have a bit more time again, I’m really looking forward to getting back to writing articles and news, and sharing new recommendations.
Let’s start with a few July indulgences that deserve a special mention:

Beer Nostrum
A beer that’s pure luxury. It’s not cheap, but every sip is an experience. If you appreciate things done well, give it a try.

Markus Molitor (blanco)
Continuing with the tributes. This wine is another indulgence—elegant and full of character. Perfect for a special evening or simply treating yourself.

Clemen Gin
If you’re a fan of citrus aromas, you’ll fall in love with this gin. Fresh, original, and with a distinctive twist. Highly recommended for summer nights.
And speaking of summer… instead of going for bottled sangría or tinto de verano, here’s a very easy and delicious alternative: take a decent full-bodied red wine (it doesn’t have to be expensive), chop up a nice ripe peach, and let it sit in the fridge for a couple of days. The result is a refreshing, flavourful, and natural drink that will surprise you.
That’s all for now. I hope you’re enjoying the summer—see you around here. Cheers!
